Mr Chang Hon Yee (aka Hon Chang) is the Chairman and CEO of the Group. He is responsible in development of the group’s global investment strategy, directing and implementing the group’s vision and mission. He is leading a group of experienced managers and investment professional, leveraging the strengths and expertise of his networks and partnership and continue to expand and explore investment opportunities around the world.

Hon is a fulltime investor and businessman with over 20 years experiences. He graduated from The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He first started his career in a few leading property consultancy firms in Australia before he returned to Asia, and established his own property empire, benefiting from the “Rise of Asia” in the last 15-20 years. Hon is a savy investor and businessman, he leverage his networks and finance, he identifies market trends and business opportunities have enabled him to lead the Cresthill Group expansion today.

KP Chung is the Business Development Director of the Cresthill Group. He has been focusing on developing and planning for various large-scale property development projects. Prior to joining the Cresthill Group, KP Chung was based in Hong Kong specialising in designing and maintaining high throughput middle office system for financial institutes such as UBS, DBS Vickers and BOCI.

KP Chung graduated with 2nd Upper Class Honour Bachelor of Degree in Computer System Engineering from Curtin University of Technology Australia. He later furthered his study by completing a PhD program from Murdoch University Australia.

Patrick Wong is a certified Chartered accountant with over 26 years of experience in accounting, finance and investments as a Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of multiple companies, include the Cresthill Group. He joined the Group in 2016 and is overall responsible for all financial matters of the Group including investment appraisal, financial reporting and operations, corporate finance, treasury, tax, investor relations, corporate communications, financial planning and analysis, performance and risk management. Prior to joining the Cresthill Group, Patrick was a Group CFO with a multinational mining group. Other previous senior management positions held include Chief Financial Officer, Deputy General Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Accountant of trading group, BPO group, manufacturing group and banking group.

Patrick holds MBA from University of Westminster (AMBA accredited) in London and has been a Chartered Accountant with Association of Certificated Chartered Accountant (ACCA), London and a Chartered Secretary with Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), London.
